How can I select only the border? It means to ignore other things, only select the man's body.

You can use Magic Wand tools for a quick selection, then use the Add and Subtract selection to choose only the main body.

Hi. Does anyone know whether Photoshop can "add a watermark to photos in bulk"? I mean not one by one photo, but in bulk.

This is possible but you'll need to use the DICOM batch import and know how to use the frame animation/timeline sections of Photoshop.
